Every two years the International Archive for Orthopedagogy’s sponsoring association along with the Beruf- und Fachverband Heilpädagogik e.V. (BHP) grants the advancement award for outstanding thesis’ in the subject of orthopedagogy.

Conventions and Accommodation

The Archive offers a variety of convention rooms. Plenty of overnight accommodation is also available due to the Archive’s close proximity to the castle Trebnitz.

Local Library and Antiquarian Book Shop

Since fall 2016 the International Archive holds the local library of Trebnitz as well as a pedagogical antiquarian book shop for orthopedagogical literature, both freely available.
