Der Förderverein des Internationalen Archivs für Heilpädagogik eröffnete im Herbst 2016 eine Dorfbücherei sowie ein Fachantiquariat für Heilpädagogik.
In der Bücherei finden Sie eine Vielfalt an Buchtiteln (Belletristik, Sachbücher, Kriminalliteratur, Kunst- und Reiseführer uvm.), die Sie kostenlos ausleihen können. Alle Buchtitel können Sie auch gegen eine kleine Spende für den Förderverein erwerben.
Das Pädagogische Fachantiquariat bietet vor allem den Nutzern des Archivs und Teilnehmern der Seminarformate im Schloß Trebnitz eine Auswahl klassischer und historischer Fachliteratur. Die dortigen Bestände setzen sich zu einem großen Teil aus Dubletten der archiveigenen Fachbibliothek zusammen. Die Fachbücher sind ebenfalls auf Spendenbasis erwerbbar.

In the local library you can find a wide range of book titles, for example belles lettres, non-fiction, crime, art and travel guides and many more, which you can borrow for free. All book titles can also be purchased for a small donation to the sponsoring association.
The (pedagogical) antiquarian book shop particularly offers the visitors of the Archive and the participants of the project days in the castle Trebnitz a variety of classical and historical works. These holdings compose largely of the Archive library’s duplicates. Reference books can be purchased on a donation basis.
